1°) The easiest way (and quickest also...) is
of course to order and pay on line.
To do so when reaching the Cart content page select
from the scrolling menu the "Credit Card Online"
option
and trough process via our Secure Online Shopping Cart

2°) You can also order online and send your payment by

- Wire transfer or SWIFT transfer
select from the scrolling menu the "Bank transfert"
option
- Checks or bank’s draft
select from the scrolling menu the "Check or bank's draft"

(Goods purchased with a personal check will be shipped once the check
has cleared)

Delivery time varies according to product categories:
Please
allows
generally
between 10 to 45 working days in average for despatching by
courier service, i.e. via UPS, FEDEX, D.H.L. or CHRONOPOST from our acknowledgement
of order and receipt of payment.
More specifically:
- for Stair Rods and Tapestries this means that all
products
are
generally
shipped within 10 - 20 days to your door.
- for Stair Carpet Runners, rug runners and woven Wool Rugs the
delivery time may varies between 10 days to 5 weeks according
to stock position per item.
- for Hand tufted - handmade Wool Rugs the delivery time
may varies between 4 to 8 weeks as they are hand tufted individually!!!

3°) Credit card "off line" option
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping
system over the internet.
All transactions are processed through our secure online server,
they are not held in clear text on any website this is why you can

either send your credit card details by fax
